I have developed top skills in finish carpentry, custom framing and proficiency in all phases of concrete work. My years of experience have validated my supervisory skills in dealing with my own crews and sub-contractors. With my knowledge in purchasing, preparing bids, and overseeing final inspections. I have proven to be an essential factor in completing projects on time and within budget.

I obtained my General Contractor License in 1983 and I possess a BIA Residential Construction Superintendent Certification. I have done the purchasing for many projects. I have supervised multi-family residential, commercial and light industrial projects. My primary objective, in my years of construction experience, has been to ensure quality work and building a lasting, positive working relationship with all principals.
